This Privacy Policy explains how BallFrog (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use the App.
BallFrog is an Android game published on Google Play. The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. We use non-personalized ads.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require users to create an account, sign in, or provide personal information directly to us.
However, the App includes third-party advertising technology provided by Google AdMob, which may automatically collect or receive certain information from your device, including:
- Device information, such as device type, operating system, and app version
- Approximate location derived from your IP address
- Advertising identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID
- App interaction and diagnostic information
- Information used for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, security, and aggregated reporting
We do not use this information to identify you personally.
2. Advertising and Google AdMob
BallFrog uses Google AdMob to show ads inside the App.
We request non-personalized ads. Non-personalized ads are not based on your past behavior or interests. However, they may still use contextual information, such as your general location, device type, app content, and basic ad delivery data.
Google may process data as an independent controller or service provider depending on the circumstances. You can learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services here:

3. Consent for Users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we may ask for your consent before showing ads or before allowing Google AdMob and its partners to store or access information on your device, where required by law.
This may include consent for the use of mobile identifiers, cookies, or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and reporting.
You may be able to manage or withdraw your consent through the consent options shown in the App, where available.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the legal basis for processing may include:
- Consent, where required for storing or accessing information on your device or for ad-related processing
- Legitimate interests, such as maintaining app security, preventing fraud, measuring app performance, and showing non-personalized ads where legally permitted
- Compliance with legal obligations, where applicable
5. How We Use Information
Information processed through the App or by AdMob may be used to:
- Display non-personalized advertisements
- Limit how often you see the same ad
- Measure ad performance
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
- Maintain and improve the App
- Comply with legal obligations
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared with or processed by third-party service providers, including Google AdMob and Google’s advertising partners, for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Google provides information about the data handled by the Google Mobile Ads SDK to help developers complete Google Play’s Data safety section.
7. Data Retention
We do not directly store personal information about users on our own servers.
Google and its advertising partners may retain data according to their own privacy policies, retention policies, and legal obligations.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws, including the right to:
- Access personal information about you
- Request correction or deletion of personal information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
Because we do not maintain user accounts or directly collect contact information, some requests may need to be directed to the relevant third-party provider, such as Google.
9. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information associated with the App. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
11. International Data Transfers
Google and its partners may process information on servers located outside your country of residence. Where required, such transfers are handled according to applicable data protection laws and safeguards.
